DJ REV aka DJREV.NYC born and raised in Fort Greene Brooklyn, NY began Deejaying at the age of 11. Sneaking to use his older brothers equipment when he went to work he became obsessed with the art. At an even younger age he used to mimic and dance to music by James Brown and Michael Jackson entertaining family and friends. As time progressed DJREV.NYC became one of top local Deejays in Brooklyn playing at various clubs throughout NYC and the 5 Boroughs. In the early 80's he began producing, writing , and emceeing which led to record/production deals with major and underground labels. Now by God's grace and mercy he's still addicted to music and here to share his talents with the world...
